SheetTrail terms of service

Effective 2026-11-02. By installing or using SheetTrail you agree to these terms with Level 8 LLC ("we").

The service

SheetTrail is a Google Sheets add-on that traces formula dependencies and audits spreadsheets. The free plan is provided as is. SheetTrail Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks the audit, export and colour-coding features.

Subscriptions, trials and refunds

• Pro costs $6/mo or $49/yr, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled.
• New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
• Cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing [email protected]. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
• If SheetTrail doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund.

No professional advice; your responsibility

SheetTrail is a review aid. Its results may be incomplete. Dynamic references (INDIRECT, OFFSET, IMPORTRANGE) can't be traced statically. You remain responsible for checking your spreadsheets and any decisions based on them.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer the license service, share license tokens or use SheetTrail to break the law or Google's terms.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use means you accept the update.
